In 2020 Cedro Mineração acquired Extrativa Mineral, the former responsible for the operation of Gama Mine, becoming the new responsible for the operation.With the commitment to be at the forefront of mining, in 2020 we had the old Gama Mine tailings reservoir discarded by ANM. We invested in the process of filtering 100% of the tailings generated with subsequent dry stacking. In addition, we promoted the reuse of approximately 85% of the water used in the production process, intensified environmental management, health and safety of operations and also invested in many social actions. Post-2022 we started a new operation in the city of Mariana.Our activities have generated, up to this moment, more than 1,000 direct jobs, plus 1,500 indirect such as product transporters and service providers focused on personal and professional, health and safety. We constantly invest in training our team of collaborators that work in Nova Lima and Mariana.Responsibilities and dutiesWork in the loading yard in shift regulation (03 shifts) with the loading piles of ore and loader blades.Organize the loader blades according to the piles and customers.Position the carts according to the destinations (client and piles)Instruct the operators of the loader blades about the piles and possible blends.Assist in the inspection of the piles for contaminants.Inspect the loading conditions as a whole, including safety conditions in the yards.Advise termination and start of piles.QualificationsHigh school complete.Desirable CNH category B.
