We're seeking an expert in automation engineering to join our team.

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of technical deliveries, coordinating with stakeholders, and promoting efficient operations.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in automation engineering, strong analytical skills, and experience working on industrial projects.
Main Responsibilities
* Participate in technical meetings with clients, suppliers, and engineers.
* Monitor the evolution of automation engineering, ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines.
* Develop and execute plans for automation systems and instrumentations.
* Elaborate and review logical diagrams, cause-and-effect matrices, and communication maps.
* Evaluate technical proposals from suppliers, ensuring adherence to technical requirements and system integration.
* Acknowledge FAT/TAF tests and validate supplier documents (VDF).
* Provide technical support during field activities, including construction, installation, and commissioning of automated systems.
* Develop strategies to mitigate technical risks and propose efficiency-oriented solutions.
* Prepare technical reports and opinions, documenting progress, non-conformities, solutions, and results.
* Promote data-driven decision-making, ensuring alignment among disciplines and stakeholders.
Requirements and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering or related fields (CREA active).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial projects, preferably in oil and gas, biogas, or biometano sectors.
* Proven experience in automation systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS) and control networks.
* Familiarity with industrial networks (Ethernet, RS-485, Profibus-DP, Foundation Fieldbus).
* Experience with supplier document verification (VDF) and technical analysis of automation packages.
* Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, and AutoCAD.
* Advanced knowledge of Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Availability for occasional travel to suppliers and project sites.
