A business intelligence professional with expertise in Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collect and document business requirements by engaging stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
* Business process analysis: Map, analyze, and optimize business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement using Salesforce functionalities.
* Design and configure Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals by collaborating closely with IT and stakeholders.
* Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends.
* Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare training materials, and facilitate learning sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
* Communicate clearly with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order and Contract Management Testing (UAT).
* Business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagrams.
* Salesforce configuration and administration.
* Basic programming/scripting (Apex, SOQL) is advantageous.
