**Job description**
The primary role of the Digital Designer is to work on UX and UI design efforts across Metal Toad's diverse and exciting client projects. This includes creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Additionally, this role involves enhancing digital marketing assets and supporting sales enablement tools, along with other creative tasks as assigned.
**Responsibilities**
**Visual Design**
- Work under the manager's direction to develop creative concepts and high-quality designs that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Design and produce various digital marketing assets, sales assets, collateral, and sales enablement tools.
- Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify the communication of complex concepts.
- Hit the ground running to design and update RFPs and proposals based on established templates and brand guidelines.
**Product Design**
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts, user flows, and interaction patterns for client projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points, using this information to create effective design solutions.
- Be open to feedback from clients and team members, refining and iterating on designs to ensure they meet project objectives and user expectations.

- A design portfolio demonstrating high-quality design skills in digital marketing fields such as ebook layout development, one-sheets (promotional pages), and social media posts.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images.
- Thorough knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, and G Suite.
