Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
* More than 4 years of experience in the IT industry.
* Proficiency in Jira and Confluence tools.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Fluent Spanish level.
* Advanced English level.
