Product Experience Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced product experience architect to join our team. As a product experience architect, you will play a foundational role in shaping the user experience of our platform from concept to prototype. Your expertise in translating early concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes will be invaluable in bringing our vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate directly with clinicians to understand their workflow, pain points, and goals.
* Translate early concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
* Lead founders through the end-to-end product design process – from research through prototyping.
* Iterate designs based on feedback from medical professionals and internal stakeholders.
* Build the design foundation for future product development, including design systems and component libraries.
* Communicate design rationale clearly to both non-technical founders and technical teams (as they are added).
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes. You should also have demonstrated ability to translate abstract or clinical problems into elegant design solutions. Proficiency with advanced prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Origami, etc. is also required. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders, are essential for this role.
