Marketing Influence Strategist
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven professional to act as the liaison between clients and our internal teams.
As a Marketing Influence Strategist, you will ensure everything runs smoothly, aligned with client objectives, and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth
* Coordinate with internal teams to execute digital campaigns: media, creative, performance, branding, etc.
* Provide strategic recommendations based on client goals and market context
* Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and proactively optimize as needed
* Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value
* Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountability
About the Role:
This is not just an account management role – it's a value creation role. You will need to be proactive, solution-oriented, and have a genuine passion for digital marketing.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
* Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem: paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, etc.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic actions
* Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
* Proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for digital marketing
