We are seeking a Service Desk Agent who wants to learn and transform their career.
In this role, you will need to have expertise in responding to incidents reported by users through the helpline or incident registration platform.
* You will log all helpline calls and log the incident on the ticket registration platform.
* You will attend to the user's incidence reporting problems with the computer equipment of the workstation.
* You will forward each incident (ticket) to the corresponding resolution group for prompt service.
* You will advise users seeking support on processes unrelated to workstation issues.
* You will receive and document service failures reported by users regarding the service of the different problem-solving groups.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Good communication skills in advanced English.
* A track record for infrastructure and AMS.
