**Head of Strategic Partnerships**
About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in forging strong business relationships with software company decision makers, M&A advisors, and private equity/venture capital professionals. Your primary objective will be to source current and future M&A opportunities for our organization.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing and developing long-term strategic partnerships with high-value targets in the software industry
* Utilizing your expertise to identify potential M&A opportunities that align with our business objectives
* Cultivating relationships with senior-level executives at target companies to drive growth and revenue
Requirements
* At least 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales or M&A/finance roles with a proven track record of success
* A clear interest in building a long-term pipeline of meaningful relationships with prospects as a career trajectory within software investing
* Previous high-performance in Business Development, winning in an autonomous role, or prior success in other walks of life outside professional BD experience, such as entrepreneurship
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work variable hours with an extraordinary work ethic and proactive approach. Occasional in-person travel may be required to Canada, the U.S., Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and/or Peru.
