Join the Workplace team of a large US financial multinational companyResponsibilities
- Operate and support enterprise workplace platforms, including endpoint and device management solutions (Intune managed laptops) and Azure based virtual desktop environments (VDI)
- Provide L2/L3 support for device management solutions
- Maintain and improve runbooks, monitoring, and alerting to reduce mean time to detect/resolve.
- Manage service requests, configuration updates, and access provisioningRequirements:· 4+ years supporting enterprise workplace platforms (L2/L3)· 4+ years of experience with Intunes· 3+ years of experience with Iazure based VDI· 4+ years of experience with ITSM processesENGLISH – ADVANCED (Professional) or FLUENTPreferred
- 2+ years of experience Experience supporting one or more of AMC/AVCC/RAPPS/EMS
