As a Retail Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategy, analysis, and reporting for a category retail business unit.
Reporting to the Senior Retail Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end financial management of several retail locations, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and business partnering with store operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in retail or consumer finance, with a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, along with an advanced degree or CPA/CMA certification preferred.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
