Does this sound aligned with your profile?ResponsibilitiesExecute TechOps operational tasks: observability and running batch processes.Create and manage tickets and incidents (P1/P2) and follow through until stabilization.Lead incident calls and coordinate communication with external vendors.Take first technical actions at Level 1 and Level 2; intervene in AWS (console) to resolve minor incidents.Prioritize service stabilization first, then facilitate root cause analysis with the relevant technical teams.Drive continuous improvement in the incident management process.RequirementsExperience in operations/TechOps: monitoring, ticketing and incident handling (P1/P2), and batch processes.AWS: ability to access the console and perform basic actions to resolve minor incidents (L1/L2).Zabbix (monitoring/observability) & Linux (operations and basic troubleshooting).Experience using Job scheduler or similar tools.We look forward to receiving your application and connecting with you soon!
