 
        
        Senior IT Technical Recruiter
This role focuses on sourcing and placing top talent for U.S.-based companies.
 * 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment
 * Proven experience recruiting for information technology roles
 * Understanding of technology trends and passion for working with professionals
 * Able to multitask, manage multiple roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
 * Excellent communication skills in English and/or additional languages such as Spanish and Portuguese
 * High level of professionalism, integrity and customer service focus
 * Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and modern ATS systems
Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers and onboarding
 * Build pipelines of technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies
 * Leverage sourcing tools such as internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining and cold calling
 * Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews
 * Post advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder and niche sites
 * Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly
 * Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement
 * Develop scalable recruiting processes to support the growth of our operations
 * Represent the company promoting values and delivering a high-quality experience to both candidates and clients
