As a skilled developer, you will play a key role in leading development teams and driving innovation to deliver roadmap features with agility and high quality.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Support the development team;
* Mentor junior team members;
* Drive innovation and deliver roadmap features with agility and high quality;
* Process requirements from product stakeholders and work on solutions with performance and scalability features for cloud systems;
* Develop new features;
* Discuss trade-offs of different design approaches by elaborating detailed design documents;
* Participate in the complete cycle of development from requirements gathering, development, and testing;
* Engage in technical discussions with customers;
* Perform code reviews;
* Act as a trusted technical advisor;
* Follow agile processes and participate actively in all development phases.
* Essential Skills:
* Leadership experience in development teams;
* Proficiency with development in Python versions 2 and 3;
* Experience with unit testing frameworks like pytest;
* Experience with Linux environments, CLI commands, Shell Script, and logs;
* Experience with containerization using Docker;
* Experience with continuous integration using Jenkins;
* Experience with version control using Git;
* Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
