Responsibilities and duties
Lead the administrative team, ensuring support processes align with company policies and procedures, contributing to high operational performance.
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) for procurement and services, and coordinate with suppliers for payment documentation.
Provide training and development for team members, fostering engagement and a positive work environment.
Handle personnel administration activities such as hiring, firing, vacations, medical exams, timekeeping, and PPE requests, following HR procedures.
Support external audits and address related demands.
Manage client exemption requests, license renewals, and fiscal documentation compliance.
Oversee financial processes including accounts receivable, contract payments, and expense documentation.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the unit.
Coordinate with auditors during inspections.
Supervise operational team activities, including scheduling, time tracking, and temporary staffing during peak seasons.
Monitor stock levels and related legal compliance (CREA, Seapa, Fepam, etc.).
Handle grain client reconciliations and financial adjustments, ensuring proper documentation.
Coordinate credit requests with the commercial team.
Prepare and collect signatures for grain purchase contracts.
Qualifications and requirements
Higher Education
