* Ensure SLA adherence and process compliance through effective ITIL implementation
* Mentor and train colleagues in SAP BASIS administration
* Analyze and resolve technical issues, including root cause identification and troubleshooting
Technical Expertise
The ideal candidate should possess advanced knowledge in SAP server installation/configuration, high availability setup, and SAP BASIS administration.
* SAP server installation/configuration (ABAP, Java, ABAP+Java stacks)
* High Availability setup (Unix/Windows)
* Strong understanding of NetWeaver components (EP, PI, BI, ECC, CRM, SRM, SolMan, TREX, MDM)
