PLANT CONTROLLER
We are looking for a Plant Controller to lead the plant finance function and act as a key business partner to plant leadership. This is a highly operational finance role, with strong focus on plant controlling, cost analysis, financial bridges, recoveries, reporting, budget actions, and operational performance follow-up.
The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in a manufacturing environment, partnering closely with Operations to understand plant performance, explain variances, challenge results, and drive actions that support financial objectives.
Key experience / requirements:
* Experience in Plant Controlling, Finance Management, Cost Accounting, or similar roles within manufacturing.
* Strong background in cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Ability to translate financial results into clear operational insights and action plans.
* Experience supporting plant leadership with KPIs, profitability analysis, budget control, recoveries, and financial bridges.
* Knowledge of financial controls, US GAAP and/or local statutory requirements.
* People leadership experience within Finance.
* Professional English is required.
