What You'll Do:
* Own and nurture client relationships, primarily with US-based clients focusing on recruitment projects in the Americas region.
* Lead end-to-end recruitment projects: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements of top talent.
* Drive new business opportunities by collaborating with the US sales team, pitching tailored recruitment solutions, and expanding our market presence.
* Collaborate with LATAM recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction across regions.
* Provide strategic advice to clients on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
* 4+ years of recruitment or consulting experience, ideally in an agency setting.
* Strong business development skills with a proven track record in client management.
* Deep knowledge of the LATAM talent landscape, labor laws, and cultural nuances.
* Fluent in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
* Self-starter mindset: comfortable working independently with autonomy and delivering results.
