Job Title

* Provide specialized technical support via email, phone, and Teams using discretion and experience.
* Evaluate complex technical issues and collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
* Conduct web application analysis using Chrome Developer Tools and review network requests to debug front-end issues.
* Configure and troubleshoot Windows ADFS Servers and perform remote diagnostics via VPN or RDP.
* Assist customers with database backups, migrations, and SQL troubleshooting using SSMS.
Technical Requirements
* Strong knowledge of technical tools and software such as Chrome Developer Tools, IIS, SSL diagnostics, and SQL Server Management Studio.
* Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues using logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
