Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, your primary objective is to drive revenue growth by developing and executing territory plans that meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets.
* Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
* Presentation of nutraceutical ingredients to customers, showcasing the value proposition and building trust in our products.
* Collaboration with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients, including their benefits and applications.
* Ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close deals, leveraging industry knowledge and relationship-building skills.
* Language: Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is a plus, enabling effective communication with global stakeholders.
* Self-starter comfortable working remotely, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
