Operations Analytics Manager
You will deliver insights using quantitative data to support business operations.
* Understand and quantify operational efficiency metrics.
* Design, implement, and report on item data throughout our receiving, authentication, launch, and outbound flow.
* Provide key product health measurements and reporting to support the business on a daily basis.
* Communicate product insights to business partner teams and leadership.
* Work closely with inventory, logistics, retail, and customer services team within the ops organization, and partner with tech and finance teams working with nearly all aspects of our growing business.
* Collaborate with operations analysts to understand, measure, and optimize efficiency in our operations, provide clarity of business performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive alignment to focus on impactful areas for the company.
