What You'll Be Doing

As Head of Performance Marketing, you will own and lead our acquisition engine. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct exposure to the executive team. You will be responsible for building a highly sophisticated performance marketing strategy powered by data, automation, and AI — tailored for the nuances of regulated and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define and execute a performance marketing roadmap across multiple channels and countries, optimizing for ROI, LTV, and CPA.
* Lead digital acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, WhatsApp, and new-gen platforms like Twitch and Kick.com.
* Own the paid media P&L, aligning investment with business growth objectives.
* Apply AI/ML tools for real-time optimization, personalized targeting, and creative automation.
* Build advanced tracking and attribution models using tools like GA4, Segment, GTM, Adjust, or AppsFlyer.
* Integrate acquisition strategy with CRM, content, and product teams to optimize the entire customer journey from awareness to retention.
* Stay ahead of regulatory and compliance requirements in online betting markets, adapting campaigns accordingly.
* Lead and scale a regional performance marketing team, fostering a high-performance, data-first culture.
* Collaborate closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to ensure measurement accuracy and campaign impact.
* Identify and test new channels, ad formats, tools, and trends to stay on the cutting edge of digital acquisition.

What We're Looking For

* 10+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, including at least 5 years in online betting, gaming, fintech, or other regulated industries.
* Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar ad budgets with strong results in ROAS, CAC, LTV, and retention.
* Expertise in paid media platforms: Google Ads, Meta Advantage+, TikTok Ads, X Ads, and WhatsApp Business.
* Hands-on experience with MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer), tracking systems (GA4, GTM, Segment), and fraud prevention tools.
* Strong knowledge of CRM strategy and integrating acquisition with lifecycle marketing.
* Fluency in interpreting performance metrics and cohort data to drive real-time decision making.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage performance marketing at scale across multiple regions.
* Deep understanding of LATAM consumer behavior, marketing regulations, and platform trends.
* Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a strong plus.
