We are seeking a seasoned IT Operations professional to drive the design, development, and optimization of ITOM capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills and Experience:
* At least 6 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM modules, particularly Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management.
* Strong Understanding of ServiceNow CMDB Structure and Event Correlation Rules
* Solid Grasp of Server, Network, and Application Architecture
* Experience with ServiceNow database schema, tables, and data modeling.
* Proficiency in Performance Analytics, Email Notification Design, and Complex Data Workflows
* Expertise in Transform Maps, Data Sources, and Scripts for Effective Data Import and Integration
* Skilled in Developing and Managing Scheduled Jobs, Events, and Automated Triggers
* Experience with REST/SOAP API Integrations, Import Sets, and Custom Integrations
