This role involves supporting the execution of client work by managing internal communication and task coordination. The primary objective is to ensure smooth project delivery.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with creative teams to create briefs, set up tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables move efficiently through each stage. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Main Responsibilities:
* Internal Team Coordination: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with our turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
This role reports to the Senior Account Manager and has three key performance indicators (KPIs): On-time Task Completion Rate, Internal Team Satisfaction Score, and Error-Free Deliverables. We operate from 9 am to 5 pm MST, Monday to Friday.
