Role Overview
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team.
* Partner with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements
* Source, screen, and engage candidates for various technical roles
* Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and offer negotiation
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for in-demand positions
* Evaluate candidate experience, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process
* Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to improve processes
* Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems
