Job Description:
The Senior IT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and presenting quality technology candidates to clients in the Technology, Finance, and Corporate sectors. Key responsibilities include:
* In-depth technical evaluation and assessment of technology candidates
* Participating in full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for both contract and permanent placement opportunities
* Creating job descriptions and posting jobs on various job sites and databases
* Networking, researching databases, contacting, sourcing, collecting, screening applications, selecting, examining, evaluating, and interviewing candidates
* Preparing a qualified short list of prospective candidates
* Coordinating and notifying candidates on requirements for the prospective position, job offers, contracts, terms, and conditions of employment
* Learner and utilizing sourcing techniques such as Boolean-equation, job boards, and professional networking site mining
* Partnering and collaborating with other recruiters through teamwork, imparting knowledge, experience, skills, and advice on staffing policies and procedures
* Coordinating presentation of candidates to prospective clients
* Preparing reporting on activities and results
About the Position:

Qualifications:
* 5+ years in recruitment, including IT recruitment experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in DIRECT HEADHUNTING of permanent and contract technology candidates
* Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment agencies with full cycle, direct recruiting calls to candidates all the way to present to the client
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills
* 2+ years of sales support or marketing experience
* 2+ years of social media engagement, especially on LinkedIn
* IT Knowledge
* Familiar with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Working experience with MS Word, CRM, or ATS systems
* 1+ years working with U.S. or Canadian markets
* 1+ years of sales experience with strong client relationship skills
