Job Title: Delivery Lead
This is a pivotal role involving the management of delivery for key customers across multiple technological tracks, leadership of teams, and regular updates sent through project reviews.
* Manage delivery for key customers across all technological tracks.
* Lead teams across technologies and foster collaboration.
* Ensure timely project updates are sent to stakeholders.
* Conduct project review meetings.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, proven experience in software development project management, and excellent communication skills.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Proven experience in software development project management.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
This role requires flexibility to work with global teams and the ability to effectively engage with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
* Work closely with customer stakeholders and ensure project scope is well understood.
* Manage and lead teams across technologies.
* Collaborate with the Project Management Office to ensure quality control procedures.
* Serve as a key point of contact for customers.
* Participate in project review meetings with customers and management.
This is a full-time position requiring support for PST timings.
