Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. This role involves listening to internal podcast episodes and extracting core insights to develop a multi-format content strategy.
The ideal candidate will have strong copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone across formats and platforms. They should also have proven experience in content repurposing, particularly turning long-form content into multi-format deliverables.
In addition, they should have a sharp understanding of content distribution strategy, including scheduling, hooks, CTAs, and platform best practices. A solid marketing operations background, with experience building and managing systems, SOPs, and content workflows, is also essential.
The successful candidate will be highly organized and self-directed, with excellent attention to detail. They should be able to work independently and take ownership of content pipelines end-to-end.
Main Tasks:
* Develop a multi-format content strategy based on internal podcast episodes
* Write high-converting, engaging copy for all repurposed assets
* Create and document repeatable workflows for repurposing content efficiently across all platforms
* Build and maintain SOPs and systems to streamline publishing, scheduling, and internal collaboration
* Collaborate with design, social, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals and business objectives
* Track performance of content and continuously optimize distribution based on insights
This role requires a creative mindset with a keen eye for emerging trends in content marketing and creator-led brands. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of how to connect with audiences through compelling content.
