Merging and managing complex systems requires a high degree of technical expertise. A specialist in Microsoft 365 administration is necessary to oversee our entire digital environment, including all aspects of identity and access management.Responsibilities include administering services for Microsoft 365, which includes Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.This role involves implementing and maintaining security features like data loss prevention, advanced threat protection, and conditional access policies within M365.The ideal candidate will be skilled at monitoring service health, usage, and performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise, as well as automating tasks using PowerShell scripting.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentity & Access Management (IAM)This position involves managing the lifecycle of user identities and access rights across different systems.Candidates should have experience with Azure Active Directory, including provisioning users, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and conditional access policies.Experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud-based and on-premises applications is also required.A regular review of access rights and system audits is mandatory to ensure compliance.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is a minimum requirement. Relevant work experience is preferred but not necessary. It's essential to have strong knowledge of Azure AD and its associated security features. Experience working in similar environments is advantageous.
