 
        
        Role Overview:
Provide IT Support
 * Analyze technical issues and develop effective solutions.
 * Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware problems.
 * Keep customers informed about ticket progress.
 * Collaborate with customers remotely to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. System troubleshooting and repair.
 2. Application and hardware issue resolution.
 3. Effective communication with customers.
 4. Proactive problem-solving skills.
 5. Utilize internal knowledge base for known issues.
 6. External research for unknown issues.
 7. Accurate ticket tracking system updates.
 8. Issue escalation as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
 * Associate's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
 * IT solution delivery experience.
 * Experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments.
 * Advertising and/or Marketing industry experience.
 * Centrally managed computer environments.
 * A/V environment support (not required but a plus).
