Job Description and Responsibilities

Regime de contratação: Prestador de Serviços - PJ
* Conduct the recruitment and selection process for operational and tactical positions, including aligning profiles with clients, setting deadlines for presenting final candidates, advertising jobs on social media, screening CVs, administering tests, and preparing reports;
* Control SLA deadlines by analyzing data in the internal dashboard;
* Presentation of final candidates to clients through online meeting scheduling, in-person meetings, and/or email submission of reports, ensuring deadlines are met and candidate profiles match job requirements;
* Monitor the selection process with clients, including scheduling interviews, participating in final interviews (as needed), and providing advisory support in decision-making;
* Conduct Hunting processes for tactical positions by defining strategies to find professionals with the necessary skills and experience to perform the role in line with the client's objectives and culture;
* Conduct Career Advisory processes through career diagnostics, CV preparation, LinkedIn optimization, mock interviews, and development plan structuring;
* Train new consultants and assistants in the area on the tools and processes used by the consultancy to include them in meetings and internal alignments to understand project progress;
* Suggest process improvements based on market experiences and research to contribute to area results.
Requirements
Mandatory
* Degree in Psychology, HR, Administration, or related fields;
* Experience with recruitment and selection platforms;
* Preparation of behavioral feedback and reports;
* Experience with high-volume job openings;
* Experience with commercial job openings.
