Role Description
This is a full-time role for an AI Engineer where you will:
* Build and improve AI systems that generate and evaluate real-world interview simulations
* Design evaluation frameworks that measure reasoning, tradeoffs, and decision-making
* Work with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) to create reliable, high-signal outputs
* Identify failure modes in AI behavior and improve system robustness
* Collaborate closely with product and founders to define what “good” looks like in hiring
* Ship quickly and iterate based on real usage
Qualifications
* Strong software engineering fundamentals (ability to build end-to-end systems)
* Experience working with LLMs in production environments
* Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and identify weaknesses
* Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
* Strong product intuition and attention to detail
Nice to have:
* Experience with LLM evaluation, benchmarking, or prompt systems
* Background in developer tools, infrastructure, or systems design
* Experience building 0→1 products
