We are looking for a highly skilled Community builder and Social Media manager to manage our Social Media accounts, focusing on LinkedIn; engage with the tech and startup community, and engage in social selling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create a strategic plan of our client base and contribute to its execution.
* Represent our brand actively in the Tech and Startup Community globally, establishing a strong network.
* Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure customer success.
* Aquire employers searching for tech talent to our platform.
* Generate own leads through proactive sales efforts.
Requirements:
1. Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales or similar environment.
2. Strong network in the HR/ Recruiting Industry.
3. Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written).
4. Proactive, solution-oriented mentality, and excellent analytical skills.
5. Able to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
6. Capable of identifying business opportunities & market gaps.
7. Ambition to grow with our company long term, expanding our client base.
