The role aligns with Novartis' purpose of reimagining medicine to improve and extend people's lives by ensuring the successful implementation of a consistent, cross-functional brand strategy for the CRM Business Unit.
It involves evolving early brand strategies, such as Integrated Product Strategies (IPS), into tailored launch plans for Brazil, driving impactful product launches that meet patient needs.
At the country level, the role oversees sales and marketing performance, leading strategy and cultivating a high-performing team, directly contributing to Novartis' mission to deliver breakthrough innovations and create value for patients, healthcare systems, and society.
About the Role#LI-Hybrid Internal job title: CRM TA Head
Key responsibilities: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Manage the budget and financial performance of the unit.Develop and implement regional strategic and operational plans for the TA in collaboration with local and global teams.Monitor competitors and provide tools to local marketers to evaluate and respond to market entry threats.Collaborate with external key opinion leaders to optimize patient management and advance the TA.Develop and lead long-term CRM Business Unit strategy for sustainable growth aligned with Novartis' goals.Uphold and enhance Novartis' reputation through strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement.Accountable for P&L and Business Unit performance.Lead large and diverse multi-functional teams.Manage initiatives across wide geographic areas.Demonstrate extensive experience in people leadership and team development.Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector with in-depth knowledge of the Brazil healthcare system.Why Novartis: Our purpose is to reimagine medicine to improve and extend people's lives.
