In this role, you will be a key driver of Antom's growth, identifying prospecting opportunities and building the foundational partnerships that will scale our presence in one of the world's most exciting fintech markets.Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do Partnership Development & Sales Ownership:Work with various types of partners and platforms to actively identify, prospect, develop, and close key partnerships, leading and owning the full sales process. Revenue & Growth:Consistently acquire new partners and drive revenue through efficient partnerships management, ensuring agreements are closed in a timely manner. Market Intelligence & Networking:Stay informed on all relevant industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs, representing the company at various industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with partners and internal teams to manage expectations. Work closely with technical implementation and product teams to deliver solutions based on customer needs. Onboarding & Client Experience:Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure clients are on-boarded as quickly as possible while maintaining an excellent client experience.Who You Are: Required Skills Experience:8+ years of working inside TOP BR platforms or PSPs managing partnerships. Networking Skills:Strong networking skills with an active network at C-level with international trade merchants within Brazil. Proven Track Record:Success in delivering complex integrated sales and a history of being a relentless new business hunter with an exceptional track record of overachievement. Strategic Thinking:Sharp strategic thinker who can think outside the box and adapt to fast-paced, high-growth, and complex sales cycles. Sales Methodology:Knowledge of consultative/solution sales process and experience with the "Challenger" approach, including buyer profiling and risk assessment. Relationship Management:Strong experience in developing and maintaining global, cultural, and long-term client relationships that sustain results. Languages:Native Portuguese and full professional English proficiency.Mandarin is a strong plus.Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced degree in Business/Finance.
