Project Coordinator, Resource Management
The primary objective of this role is to optimize the allocation of resources and ensure that project timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* To develop and maintain resource planning tools, dashboards, and reports to monitor utilization, productivity, and performance.
* To collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, Regional Managers, and leadership to forecast future resource requirements.
* To identify resource gaps and recommend cross-training, recruitment or subcontracting opportunities.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in resource planning or operations within a software or technology organization.
* Strong proficiency with resource planning tools (e.g., Wrike) required. Knowledge of JIRA, Salesforce preferred but not essential. Excellent organizational communication negotiation skills a must!
