About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in the non-ferrous mineral market, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, and providing strategic guidance to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for expanding the local non-ferrous mineral market, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Maintain regular communication and coordination with customers, suppliers, and government agencies to ensure smooth business operations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute plans that drive business success and achieve company goals.
* Provide expert advice on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Strong understanding of international trade principles, policies, and procedures.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Candidates with 3+ years of experience in international trade and familiarity with mineral product markets are highly desirable.
* Proficiency in multiple languages, including Chinese and local languages of target countries, is a plus.
