And our flexible approach enables working hours that fit your life.Job objective:The Team Leader will lead and develop the Inside Sales team, will drive execution of customer strategy, ensure alignment with commercial objectives, and act as a key interface between internal entities and customers for strategic sales topics. The team leader will feed the team with all necessary information to meet the needs of the customers in fulfillment of NORMA's business plan, vision, and mission.Main responsibilities:Lead, coach, and support the Inside Sales team to achieve performance targets.Conduct regular performance reviews and support individual development plans.Ensure efficient delegation of operational tasks and promote team autonomyDefine KPIs to track the performance of inside salesExecute customer strategy and ensure stakeholder mapping is in place.Identify cross-selling opportunities and guide the team in their pursuit.Ensure profitability is maintained through margin reviews and strategic oversight.Prepare and consolidate budget inputs and monthly rolling forecasts.Ensure CRM and pricing tools are used effectively by the team and data is maintained accurately.Strong link to internal key stakeholder departments : Process Manager (IT), Project Management, PDE and PlantsEvaluation of relevant internal data (CRM, Power BI,…)Besides, the job holder is supposed to take over further tasks assigned by the supervisor which are essentially part of his/her remit.Requirements:Engineering or commercial graduate with a working experience of at least 5 years in sales of industrial products in need of explanation, in the Automotive IndustryExperienced team leadStrong business acumen and a proven track record of successFluent English verbal and writing, second language preferable (German)The applicant must be able to assess the commercial impact of their actions.
