We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to spearhead business growth, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue expansion.
About the Role:
* Responsible for managing existing client accounts within assigned territories.
* Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new opportunities.
* Pursue acquisition of new key accounts within designated areas.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess needs, address concerns, and provide solutions.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
* Maintain accurate reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Collaborate with product development teams to gather client feedback and insights.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Key Qualifications:
* Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills to establish and maintain commercial relationships.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver results in an autonomous work environment.
* Solid understanding of the travel and hospitality industries.
* Strong commercial acumen in B2B and new business segments.
* Proven project management skills.
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus; Spanish is an asset.
