ABOUT THE POSITION:
This position will collaborate with the team on monthly theme development direction and contribute to weekly plans; assist in collecting and organizing visual references from different sources; create technical drawings, select fabrics and accessories, and develop detailed specification sheets; participate in sample reviews ensuring design integrity; support photoshoots and quality control of product images; monitor product performance suggesting improvements; and continuously develop your professional denim design skills. You will have the opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a dynamic and creative environment.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with monthly theme development and contribute to weekly design plans
* Collect and organize style inspiration from various sources
* Create detailed design sketches, select fabrics and accessories, and develop specification sheets
* Collaborate on fitting sessions and sample reviews to ensure design integrity
* Support product photoshoots and assist with quality control of product imagery
* Monitor product performance data and suggest improvements
* Continue developing professional design skills
Requirements:
* Degree in fashion design with good English communication skills
* 2+ years of denim design experience with knowledge of denim pattern evaluation
* Ability to analyze product performance and incorporate customer feedback into design process
* Proficient in graphic design software and Microsoft Office
* Working knowledge of denim fabrics, washes, and production techniques
* Detail-oriented with good time management skills
* Team player with excellent communication skills and positive attitude
Previous experience in denim brands or factories is a plus
