Responsibilities
* Ensure the correct design of network projects for LAN, WAN, VPN, Cloud connectivity infrastructure (AWS).
* Maintain and improve documentation standards, enforce governance and best practices in scalability, security, and environment standardization.
* Provide technical leadership to support team development, drive projects, and anticipate infrastructure demands. Maintenance and update of network design diagrams.
* Guarantee request/ticket platform updates on timely manner.
* Design network projects for critical network components including routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, etc.
* Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for high-impact incidents, working closely with cross-functional teams.
* Review network design from team members and apply corrections if needed to ensure accuracy and 100% implementation success.
* Evaluate and homologate new network equipment and market solutions when needed; Design and support hybrid network architectures when applied.
* Ensure the usage of automation setups during project designing.
* Router – Cisco
* Switch – Cisco and Arista
* Meraki – Cisco
* WLAN – Cisco
* WLAN Appliance – Cisco and Aruba
* SDWan
* 5+ years of hands-on experience and proficiency in managing and maintaining a medium/large environment.
* Extensive hands-on technical skills to cover installation, configuration, administration and advanced troubleshooting of data networks in large enterprise that includes Wired & Wireless.
* Experience on Cisco (Routers/Switches) iv.
* Experience on Wireless technologies Cisco, Meraki, Aruba to Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA.
* Handling troubleshooting calls related with Routing, Switching, Wireless, Meraki & VPN vi.
* Knowledge of load Balancers.
* Hands on technologies like IP addressing schema, VLSM, DHCP, DNS etc.
* Knowledge of troubleshooting complex layer 2 technologies such as VLAN Trunks, VTP Ether channel, STP, RSTP and MST.
* Very strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP) and availability (HSRP/VRRP/GLBP). Experience with QoS and its foundations.

* Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written).
* Should have excellent customer handling skills.
