**Senior Business Analyst**
The Senior Business Analyst is a leadership position responsible for handling complex, high-impact initiatives requiring deep analytical expertise and strategic thinking.
This role provides guidance to junior analysts, drives best practices, and serves as a trusted advisor to product and executive leadership on business analysis matters.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Lead complex, enterprise-level requirements initiatives
- Facilitate high-stakes requirements workshops with executive stakeholders
- Review and approve requirements documents created by other BAs
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain expert-level knowledge across multiple product areas or the entire product suite
- Provide thought leadership on product evolution based on customer needs
- Understand the strategic vision and market positioning of products
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Drive cross-functional alignment on complex, high-impact features or products
- Lead technical feasibility discussions with architects and senior developers
- Facilitate resolution of complex cross-functional conflicts that impact usage of the product.
