Job Title: Experienced IT Service Management Specialist
We seek a skilled professional to support and enhance our IT environment.
This role requires expertise in ITSM processes, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related modules.
* Develop and maintain ITSM workflows and modules
* Perform platform administration tasks including user management, roles, and permissions
* Assist in integrations and customizations as needed
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions
* Participate in testing and deployment activities
* Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
* Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
* Maintain documentation for development and configuration
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience in ITSM development with focus on ITIL processes
* Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
* Experience with AI, Virtual Agent, Robot Process Automation (RPA)
* Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
