Job Title: IT Infrastructure Support Specialist
About the Role
This role involves providing comprehensive technical support to ensure smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and cloud platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities
* Hardware and Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
* IT Support: Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
* Account Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
* Tool Integration: Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools, including project management, internal tool builders, and AI-driven solutions.
* Cybersecurity: Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Requirements
* Experience: Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
* Skillset: Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
* Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
