As part of our expansion into Latin America, we are seeking a driven and client-focused Crypto Broker to support and grow our trading operations in Brazil. This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to work closely with high-net-worth individuals, active traders, and institutional clients in one of the fastest-growing crypto markets globally.
Key Responsibilities
* Source, onboard, and manage relationships with clients including HNWIs, professional traders, and institutional participants.
* Execute crypto trades on behalf of clients, ensuring best execution, pricing, and liquidity.
* Provide market insights, trading ideas, and ongoing support to clients to enhance trading activity.
* Monitor crypto market conditions, price movements, and liquidity across major exchanges.
* Coordinate with internal trading desks and liquidity providers to execute large or complex orders.
* Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship management.
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
* Identify opportunities to grow trading volume and expand the client base in Brazil.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a broker, trader, or sales professional in cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial markets.
* Strong understanding of crypto markets, exchanges, order types, and trading strategies.
* Experience handling client relationships and executing trades in a fast-paced environment.
* Existing network of traders, investors, or crypto clients is a strong advantage.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluent English; Portuguese is highly preferred.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.
