Headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in the APAC region, we’re looking for a dynamic Commissioned Sales Representative to join our high-performing team and help publishers thrive in the digital advertising ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesMedia Buying & Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven media buys across platforms (Meta, Google, DSPs, etc.). Manage budgets, bids, and targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance. Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.Ad Operations & Technical Management: Oversee ad trafficking, tag implementation (Google Tag Manager, pixels, etc.), and QA. Troubleshoot discrepancies in delivery, tracking, or attribution. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights. Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders. Ensure alignment between media spend and business objectives.Client & Stakeholder Success: Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams or clients on best practices.
