The successful candidate will have:
* 8+ years in Agile delivery
* 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams
* Hands-on experience with enterprise e-commerce platforms or comparable platforms
A solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile metrics is essential. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD tools is also required.
