Key Account Manager Role

TITAN is a no-code, web-based platform within the Salesforce ecosystem. It enables seamless form creation, data collection, and workflow automation without coding requirements.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer success by fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving engagement.


Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, overseeing seamless onboarding, training, and adoption processes.
* Lead discovery meetings with key users and stakeholders from customers and partners to position TITAN as a core system and maximize its value.
* Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term success.
* Identify and capitalize on upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning product capabilities with customer needs.
* Analyze customer usage data to proactively address risks and drive retention strategies.
* Conduct regular business reviews and address any issues promptly to drive customer satisfaction and retention.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 2-4 years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager in a SaaS company.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to interact effectively with customers.
* Experience in identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborating closely with Sales teams.
* Hands-on experience with onboarding and implementation processes of Salesforce or other CRMs.
* A proactive, results-driven approach with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability under pressure.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
* Ability to work remotely across EST/PST time zones.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
