The Role:
We are looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in graphic design or previous experience in a design or advertising agency, who is adept at managing multiple projects and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Responsibilities:
•Client Communication: Engage with customers, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction
•Project Management: Delegate tasks to designers, perform thorough quality checks, and ensure timely delivery of projects
•Quality Assurance: Reviewing design projects
•Financial Handling: Oversee invoicing, monitor payment updates
•Biz Development Support: Assist with prospecting and qualifying leads and partners interactions
Requirements:
•Proven experience as a project manager, with a background in graphic design or having worked in a design/advertising agency.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
•Proficient in managing financial and administrative tasks.
•Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Fluent in English
This is a full-time, independent contractor position with the flexibility of working remotely.
