Human-Centered Designer
We are seeking a talented Human-Centered Designer to contribute to the evolution of our software product, prioritizing applicants with experience in fintech or financial SaaS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create intuitive user experiences through user flow design, wireframing, and high-fidelity UI for web-based software products.
* Enhance usability and visual consistency across the platform by refining design principles and guidelines.
* Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to shape feature development from concept to delivery.
* Apply human-centered design thinking to simplify complex, data-heavy, or financial interfaces, making them more accessible and user-friendly.
* Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
* Effectively incorporate feedback and iterate quickly within a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
* Support marketing initiatives as needed, including creating visual assets and design content for marketing purposes.
